A Queen in Waiting is the process that new members/sister must go through to become a Queen/Sister ( Member). Every Queen in Waiting must be nominated by an existing Queen (Sister) of Networking with Queens, She then must attend two Meets & Greets. The next step will be a brief interview , describing her experience and why she believes she would be a fit for our Sisterhood. The final step is for The current Networking with Queens voting committee make an evaluation, then notify The Queen in Waiting with a decision. In that moment she can accept or deny membership. This process is essential and necessary to ensure that we keep the highest standard of integrity, pride and positive energy.
